Leasing Info

We lease our spaces out on gross lease concept.  Basically, this means that the tenant’s share of common area maintenance, property taxes and insurance are included in the monthly rental amount.  In most circumstances, the only utility the tenant is responsible for is the electricity.  All of our leases vary in some way shape or form.  For further information on specific spaces available please call Laban at (843) 573-8926 or email him at laban@highseasproperties.com.
