Leasing Information

The Old Mill leases space on a gross lease concept. Basically, this means that the tenant’s share of common area maintenance, property taxes and insurance are included in the monthly rental amount. In most circumstances, the only utility the tenant is responsible for is the electricity. All of our leases vary in some way shape or form.
